No matter what distances you're training for, CalFit Active Triathlon Training offers expert guidance for improving your racing from start to finish. CalFit Active contains specific programs for both sprint and Olypic distances. The sprint and Olympic programs include target race times to help you choose the best program for yourself, based on your ability level. It also details an 8 or 12-week, step-by-step, cross training program that you can use to work up to racing distances. CalFit Active will train you on the road, on your bike, in the water, and in our clubs. Your coach will also give you nutritional information during your training and make sure you are both mentally and physically ready for a successful race!
